Beloit, WI (March 9, 2020) – An accident was reported during the late evening hours on Sunday night in Beloit. The incident was reported to have occurred at 9:53 p.m. The injury accident occurred at the intersection of Randall Street and Porter Avenue where at least one victim was pinned under a vehicle and needed extrication.

Authorities with the Beloit Police Department arrived at the scene and had to immediately call for more squad cars to assist with the accident. The area surrounding the accident was shut down by police and authorities suggested the public avoid the area.

It is unclear what types of injuries were suffered and the extent of those injuries. The cause of the crash has not been released and the BPD continues to investigate.
