Beloit, WI (April 9, 2020) – The crash which took place on Tuesday was confirmed to be fatal. According to reports, a 46-year-old Janesville man lost his life as a result of the crash. Epigmenio C. Olvera has been identified as the victim and was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Olvera crashed at an Alliant Energy natural gas regulator and caused gas to leak into the air.
