Boone County, IL (March 23, 2020) – The authorities came to the scene of an accident in Boone County. The incident took place near Bypass 20 just east of Shattuck Road.

The incident occurred early in the morning around 6:00 a.m. according to sources. The Boone Police Department was working at the scene. No information on the severity of the injuries at this time. The weather may have been a contributing factor, but the details of the accident are unknown.

BPD continues to investigate.
