Janesville, WI (January 20, 2020) – Authorities shut down a portion of Wisconsin 11 near Janesville on Monday morning due to a multi-vehicle crash that caused injuries. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation reported that the crash took place near 7:00 a.m. The highway was blocked off both ways at South Wuthering Hills Drive, officials said.

According to authorities a 17-year-old was turning left onto Wisconsin 11 from Wuthering Hills Drive and hit another car during the process. The crash resulted in two individuals sustaining injuries. They were both transported via ambulance to St. Mary’s Hospital.

The 17-year-old was cited for both failing to yield as well as not having a driver’s license.
