Rockford, IL (January 31, 2020) – Sources are reporting that there was an accident on Thursday afternoon around 1:20 p.m. The incident took place on the 1100 block of Rose Avenue in Rockford. A vehicle drove into a house near the intersection.

It is believed that the authorities were chasing the vehicle right before it hit the home, but this has not been confirmed. There was at least one person involved in the accident that sustained injuries. The Rockford Fire Department provided aid to the injured party and transported them to the local hospital for treatment.

Authorities are investigating the details of the crash.
